President Mahinda Rajapaksaa addresses the 66th session of the United Nations General Assembly at New York today (September 23). President made his speech at around 8.30pm Sri Lankan time. Meanwhile earlier today the president met the heads of Uganda, Qatar and Palestine and enlightened them on the development projects implemented in Sri Lanka.
